Nakedboards creates instruments that expand the possibilities of performing electronic music.
We design instruments that make electronic sound more physical, expressive and alive. From compact MIDI controllers and eurorack modules to patchable synthesizers, every piece of hardware is built to give musicians more freedom, immediacy and nuance on stage and in the studio.

Instruments, thoughts, and code. An academy for exploration, learning, and making.
Nakedboards is not only about objects - it is an open environment where technical knowledge is shared, code is open, schematics are public, ideas are discussed and people learn from each other. It exists so that anyone who wants to deeply understand, modify, break and rebuild electronic instruments can do so - and through this process discover new ways of playing and feeling music.
